Surround yourself with positive people. It will help you have a positive attitude.
Do something out of your comfort zone. It will help you to feel brave.
Be kind with your words. It will help the kind words to come back to you.
Lose the judgement. It will help you to be more accepting of others and yourself.
Allow your inner light to shine bright like beautiful moonlight. Lighten the world.
