New Home Studio Yoga Class Schedule

Hi Everyone!

Starting immediately there will be three gentle yoga classes held at my home studio. Monday evenings at 6:30 will replace the Tuesday night classes. We will also be practicing on Wednesday and Friday mornings at 10:30. These classes will be one hour long and appropriate  for all levels students including beginners or first timers.Our practice will begin with pranayama (breath control), continue with asana (yoga poses) and end with a guided meditation and relaxation. Join us for an hour of gentle movement for the body and breath awareness for the mind.
